I don’t normally leave negative feedback but have been so disappointed with this whole experience. I ordered a jacket in good faith following guidelines given by the seller. Unfortunately when the jacket arrived, it was far too small and not as advertised. I explained that it was totally unusable and need a replacement or full refund. They insisted I send it back using a tracking service which cost me £9.45! Although they gave me a refund, I am out of pocket by £9.45 due to no fault of my own..
