So called non-stick surface lasted about 3 uses before pretty much everything sticks to surface. Seller refused to replace or give partial refund. Definitely won't buy from seller again, nor buy another Tower product. The lesson is buy cheap, get cheap.

Great little compact oven
Great little oven. First tried with a medium sized chicken which I butterflied first as usual as this makes cooking quicker and safer. Placed in a baking tray and covered in foil after seasoning and put on bottom of oven on top of the supplied slide in baking tray. Cooking took around 2 hours and I turned the chicken once half way through. When taken out of the oven the juices ran clear and all was well. I did not remove the foil to brown the chicken as I was making curry with it. Do not understand the people who say these ovens are no good as I am having no problems and for the price paid is a bargain. Ultimately it does not have the raw power of a full size oven, that is obvious from the power rating but works perfectly and uses less electricity in most cases. There are some ... Great little oven. Disappointing
The oven is fine in design but only 1300w. As a result it takes longer to cook food properly. It's okay for heating ready meals but I wasn't happy with soggy pizza. I bought it in a hurry to replace a different model Tower that had a failed top element after a couple of years but I wish I hadn't. It's in a cupboard in case of emergencies now and I've bought a different make that runs on 1500w. Maybe not so green but far more efficient.
