Fast dispatch.Exactly as shown.Not happy at all with the packaging as it was not secure packaging.The box got squashed from one side.I am sending 2 pics as a proof.I know its delivery company fault but still for your customers wellbeing you can put it in another box for safety.Thanks God my item didn't break.Thats why leaving positive feedback.I hope it will work great and for long, not like my previous Russell hobbs kettle which after 5 months, the glass got broke by itself from the top.

Lovely steamer, but inraged by evri the delivery company that delivered to me and it's not the first time my parcels deliverd by them have been damaged. The corner of the box was smashed in, and a great big rip in the corner of the box. By the grace of God the steamer was intack.

So called non-stick surface lasted about 3 uses before pretty much everything sticks to surface. Seller refused to replace or give partial refund. Definitely won't buy from seller again, nor buy another Tower product. The lesson is buy cheap, get cheap.
