Install was quite fiddly, impatient me wanted to do it without taking the whole mechanism out. It took me about five minutes, great care must be taken to not damage the heads. The new rubber feels good and similar to the old one, which had a disintegrated core. After install my cassette deck is now playing well again. I did not measure the Wow and Flutter but the new roller made a very noticable improvement.
