The cartridge came in a carboard box NOT the plastic one I was expecting it too. They should sell you what you see not NOT what you don't see. This is typical of a lazy seller that can't be bothered to change a photo. Harsh words I know but true. Also can't find the EXPIRE DATE the only number I can find is 5A3D05P332 INSIDE AND 5A23D05 OUTSIDE

A classic example of shrinkflation
A perfectly good product in terms of quality but it is a classic example of shrinkflation. It replaces the Canon PG540XL which had an ink capacity of 21ml. The PG540L has an ink capacity of only 11.ml. Meanwhile the price has stayed more or less the same. So I will be using a product that runs out of ink much quicker than the one it replaces and paying the same for it. A good result for Canon but not for anyone who buys the PG540L.A perfectly good product in terms of quality but it is a classic example of shrinkflation.
