Also, it's a great product (so far, I've only had it a few hours) but it's a nice, compact size. Lights every time and has a hot, pencil-point-like flame. If I was working in a restaurant I'd want something larger. "16 Crème brûlée, table 8 NOW!" would make me panic. But 4 for a dinner party would be fine.
