We had no idea you wanted this for a pond when you ordered. As agreed, we sent you the bungs to plug the holes. The claims of unpaid postage however are incorrect as you did not send any messages about this and we have our own Royal Mail account, so any additional charges are put on to our account and not passed on to the customer.
