Budget Exhaust
This system comes with everything you need but be aware it does not have as many hanger mounts as the stock system does, and the section that goes from the mufflers up over the rear axle is one long section, making it a real pain to install ,had this section been split into 2 sections rather than being one really long one it would have been much easier to install.,but I guess that and the extra hanger mounts would add cost and this is a budget system.Be sure to jack the car body via the framerails and NOT by jacking up the rear diff because you will get rear suspension compression and will never get the pipe fitted over the rear axle.This system does sound great with a real deep mellow tone , with no "drone" and the mufflers are chrome plated so they look nice.,and the chromed tips are ... Awesome exhaust for the price!
As with another review I will say that you'll need to lift the car by the frame and not the suspension. Getting the passenger side pipe on was a little challenging but it will go. It just takes some maneuvering. If you have the stock H Pipe with stock studs you will need to cut those off as they will not work with this system. You'll need to use the supplied bolts. A Sawzall and a couple of metal blades, and an angle grinder helped the entire process along. Fitment was very nice and the tone is nice. It isn't very loud but I do have the stock H-Pipe. I'm sure an off-road or high flow would wake it up a little more so thats something I will look into. There are YouTube videos about the exhaust, just search DNA Mustang and you'll see.
