I have ordered a size 9 as it states they are unisex, when recieved the box stated they were a men's size 9 but a women's size 11 so they were too big for me as I am a women's 9. When I contacted seller they tried saying I was in the wrong even when I sent proof. I asked if I could send the item back and exchange for the correct size and I pretty much got told to send it back and go to the high street and "check the correct size of my shoe"
