I bought this item on ebay from Marks Electrical. The product is excellent and delivery too. I was really frustrated with ebay though. Once I chose to buy, I was not able to choose a delivery address for it to be delivered to. My Billing Address is Cambridge and my house is 300 miles away in Cumbria! I could not get this delivered there even though there was plenty of time to do so. I have had to be in Cambridge to except the delivery and drive it up there. Buying direct from supplier next time.

This was the first time I did business with Mark's Electrical, and it was a smooth & pleasant transaction. The item was delivered promptly and is exactly as advertised. Marks Electrical staff were polite & helpful, from Wes, who I spoke to by phone to arrange payment for the recycling of our old fridge freezer, to Adam & his pal, who delivered the item & took away our old fridge freezer. Without any prompting from us, they also unpacked the new appliance & took away the packaging for recycling.
