Good item as described and a great price , well packaged and I would definitely use this seller again 10/10.Pity it was posted 48 hr post in Glasgow only to be sent to Birmingham , Edinburgh then Alloa back in Scotland 5 days later ( Royal Mail are unbelievable ). 5 days to go 40 miles via Birmingham.

Be cautious with this seller....advertises as brand new and sends very old/dirty/opened item. Took a while to reply. Came to an agreement to refund half, as I will still use item. Just double check before buying

The Coast items have been in our warehouse for a number of years and have gathered dust. We will be looking at those listings and giving the customer a more accurate description going forward. All the Coast items have never been used but they are old clearance stock and are reduced in price to reflect this. We do also offer a free return and refund policy on all our stock. I know you have left a negative rating but we appreciate your honest feedback.

Listed as "new", but it wasn't. Seller later claimed it was "clearance stock" (which means nothing) - but that was not mentioned in the listing. Item arrived defective and totally non-operational. Only refunded after escalating the matter with eBay.

Strange situation. The item is new, sealed and in it's original packaging. We did mention it was clearance stock & asked for it to be returned through Ebay if it is faulty, They then asked for a replacement through Ebay, we then had to mention again it was clearance stock and it couldn't be replaced. They then became abusive to our staff so we decided to refund and allowed them to keep the item without returning it.
