Was disappointed and happy to receive however, the postcard used to register your handbag was missing along with the white jacket they usually come in along with the original box. Pretty disappointed about not being able to register my handbag for free annual cleanings but I assume this business does not want to reveal the name of their business which is a red flag to me. I sell Brighton and even I sell it under cost they still get to register their handbag.
