Item ordered on the 10th, estimated to arrive by the 18th, didn't arrive on time. On the 22nd I received a card from the Royal Mail saying seller hadn't paid the correct postage and I had to pay a fee of £3.50 (more than double what the item cost). When I told the seller, they refunded the money from the order within minutes. Communication was good, but overall service not so much.
