I discovered upon testing this gamepad that several buttons were not functional, and while I was able to repair it, this item was in a significantly more used condition than described in the auction. After contacting the seller to explain the situation, they responded quickly and offered to make things right. While I did not take the offered credit, the quality customer service was appreciated. Also, the gamepad was very securely packed. A positive experience overall, with a major caveat.

Good communication, well-packed item, which arrived safe and sound. Unfortunately the cover of the magazine did not correspond to the original photo on ebay. An address tag was on the cover, which wasn't on the picture.
