    I purchased item and seller provided a tracking number however it wasn’t a valid number. 7 days after purchase seller contacted to say there was a delay in posting. So the false tracking information was pointless. Had they been honest and contacted earlier it would’ve been fine. I requested a full refund which I received

    I'm sorry you found the tracking information to be false - I have no idea why this was, I packaged the item and printed the royal mail postage label but was called away to a family emergency before I could take it to the post office. A few days later I remembered the item but was unable to return home and therefore contacted you with my apologies. I refunded you as soon as you requested it and advised of the reason for the posting delay. My apologies again.

    This item was correctly described and had clear photographs, however it seems the buyer did not look at the information properly and still expected a full refund. I offered partial refund and for them to keep the item as a gesture of goodwill.
