Good quality Fridge Freezer works very well, on unpacking a small dent was fuond on one of the lower doors. We were offered a small amount of compensation which we accepted and was promply credited to the account. Caution! was told it would be delivered to ground floor room of choice, filled out notification that there are six steps to front door and didn't receive a message back so assumed all was good. Upon delivery was told by driver and co driver they would only leave at bottom of steps .

This was the first time I did business with Mark's Electrical, and it was a smooth & pleasant transaction. The item was delivered promptly and is exactly as advertised. Marks Electrical staff were polite & helpful, from Wes, who I spoke to by phone to arrange payment for the recycling of our old fridge freezer, to Adam & his pal, who delivered the item & took away our old fridge freezer. Without any prompting from us, they also unpacked the new appliance & took away the packaging for recycling.
