    DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER! I gave explicit instructions about how to package this item. The seller ignored them and packed it haphazardly, resulting in significant damage to the case. Seller offered a paltry amount for the repair and then reneged. They would have the entire set returned, as they knew ebay would insist. However, I wanted to keep the tiles which were not damaged, even though they were in worse condition than described. They refused to refund the cost to repair the damaged case.

    This buyer claimed her purchase was received damaged. Per ebay policy, we offered a full refund upon return of the item. Purchaser wanted to keep a portion of the item, and threatened to post a poor review if refused. We declined to accept a partial return, hence this nasty post.
