Outside my fence at the back of my property without ringing my doorbell. I was home and didn’t know it had been left. I received a message to say it had been delivered then had to search for it. Clearly not the sellers fault so I would buy from this seller again and hope the courier learns how to use a doorbell.

First time I plugged it in it overheated rapidly with the hotplate failing completely. The support folks were excellent and made sorting out a refund as straightforward as possible.
