Every of our items are cleaned and quality checked before we safely pack them, normally using 1st class or Special Delivery service, dispatched on the same day (if payed for before 9AM Monday to Friday only).
 
International tracked shipping with standard rates and delivery times.
 
In case of international purchases, the costumer is responsible for paying any duties and / or the return post cost where applicable.
 
Take advantage of our combined international shipping service by ordering multiple items together and request a discounted invoice.
 
We endaevor to describe our products as accurately as possible. Like every antique or second hand items, our items too might be with light marks of age / use, unless otherwise stated.
 
It is the buyers responsibility to judge suitability, size, age, condition, hallmarking, gender, design, color / shade and other preferences prior buying.
 
We occassionally use recycled postage material and wrapping to reduce waste and help the environment.

It is the buyers responsibility to judge prior buying whether the size of the product will be suitable, as well as other objective and subjective preferences (including sex, age, gender, style, color/shade, design, marks or the lack of hallmarking, usefullness, matter of taste, like or dislike) for the items bought or bidded for.
 
Items listed as used are sold in the condition as seen on the photos, at times with marks of age / use / discoloration / dirt. It is the buyers responsibility prior buying to judge condition and cleanliness, and request extra information that we will happily provide, if information is not available / insufficient!
 
We will not take responsibility for item not as described and other return cases for the product being in the wrong size, meant for use by the opposite sex, different age group, condition not as expected, changed my mind, do not like it, and similar subjective reasons, unless we accept that we have made an objective error with the listing.
 
Buyer pays return post cost in every return cases, unless it was justified and agreed by us, that we have made the mistake!
 
We run a 30 days return business policy, therefore, the buyer may send the product back to us within 30 days of the sale, at the buyer`s own cost, under the following conditions:
 
The buyer must send the item back only to the return name and address we will confirm in an email. We do not accept returns sent back to a different name and address, that was not confirmed by us prior the return was dispatched.
 
The buyer must state the item number on the parcel and our phone number.
 
The buyer must also state on the return parcel that this is a return and (in case of international returns) that Ebay has collected the duty.
 
The buyer must send any returns back only by Royal Mail signed for service, or equivalent to the service we have used to dispatch our product. We do not accept returns with other couriers due to the extremely high percentage of lost and stolen packages sent with other delivery providers.
 
The buyer must provide us with the return tracking number. We do not accept returns without a valid tracking number was consulted to us. The buyer should consult the tracking number within 24 hours of the return delivery was dispatched.
 
We will wait for the product and inspect it, and if it is in the same condition as we have dispatched it, we will issue a refund, as soon as possible, without further notification to the buyer.
 
Products should be payed for within 48 hours, unless the buyer has requested more time for completing payment, which we usually accept. We reserve the right for ourselves to start a non payment case when 48 hours passed without a notification.
 
We also reserve the right for ourselves to block any buyer from bidding on our products, without previous notification!
