Item came in damaged box, the filler for the iron was in pieces under the iron, they wouldn't answer my emails, I returned the iron, still waiting for refund, ebay told me it had to be refunded by tomorrow.

Took ages to arrive. When it did it was broken. Seller dragged out refund as long as possible. Was polite enough but comms were slow then they just said I had to wait for a refund (because I didn't want a replacement part by then)
