The software is damaged, my GPS worked fine before the update that the seller sent me, now it is frozen and shows me as if I were in another state that I am not in, the seller did not solve my problem, I do not recommend it absolute.

The software works properly. The photos sent by buyer showed that map had been updated. GPS antenna is responsible for locating car on the map, not the map update. In this case, the antenna was most likely broken, so it showed a different position of car on the map.
