No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, no underlining or highlighting of text, and no writing in the margins. Some identifying marks on the inside cover, but this is minimal. Had the music been placed in a plastic cover or sleeve.. it would not have torn. Also, had the envelope been of stronger stock.. the tear would probably not have existed. I order music consistently and this is the first time I have experienced damage. I hope this will help the sender in regards to future mailing.
