Quality of stool for what purchased it for for brilliant, nice and sturdy . colour spot on from photograph / as advertised and seller absolutely great when responding to my myriad of questions. Was nervous of purchase without seeing but glad I did. Delivery next day by DPD & well packaged, no issues at all.

Ordered 4 black chairs got a push bike then the 4 chairs arrived they were brown not black spoke to seller didn't have black ? so brown ones went back had to wait for refund until they got them back bad customer service very rude to me said wouldn't reply to me as I was angry what did they expect I'm disabled so it was very hard parceling it all back up and couldn't move around flat due to large boxes so yes I did get angry very poor company

As the buyer says, we gave her a full refund. We also paid for the courier to collect the parcels from the buyer's address as soon as possible. Nothing was good enough. The more we tried to help, the angrier she got. She told us she was in a wheelchair but in the photo the courier took when he collected the chairs, we could see her standing next to them!
