Don’t buy from this seller. They misled me regarding the returns process of a faulty item as they did not want to incur costs of sending the item back. They contacted me several times to negotiate but the item was faulty and I wanted a refunded. They then refused to pay the return postage cost even though as he can see from the attachment they confirmed all costs would be refunded.
