Payment
 
You are expected to pay all sums due at point of purchase. Any goods not paid for will not be dispatched and stock will not be allocated until payment is received.
 
Deliveries:
Delivery will be by method of our choice, usually courier or Royal Mail. A signature is required for many deliveries. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them.
You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged.
It is expressly understood by you, the purchaser, that delivery time is not of the essence.
We aim to despatch all goods within two working days of receiving an order, providing that the goods are in stock. Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be three to five working days following your order. Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas might take longer.
If we are unable to despatch your order within five working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of despatch.
All our courier delivery services require a signature and are instructed not to leave a parcel without a signature being obtained, we will NOT deviate from this. Please let us know if our couriers do.
If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 14 days of the expected despatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not do so, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.
Regrettably, at this time, we are unable to dispatch to addresses in the Channel Islands or outside the UK (addresses outside the UK includes BFPO).
 
Damages and shortages:
If the goods delivered to you are damaged or short, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We may then arrange for the goods to be collected or we may ask you to return the goods (initially at your cost). Following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or misuse, we will replace or repair damaged goods at our own expense. We will also refund the cost of reasonable return carriage. If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage will be charged to you.
 
Please notify shortages on receipt.
 
These notes do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Return Policy
 
If you wish to cancel your purchase then please confirm this by sending an email within 8 working days from receipt of the goods to returns@caravanstuff4u.co.uk. A full refund of all monies paid will be made within 30 days.
 
Please return the goods together with all packaging within 10 days of canceling your purchase. The cost of returning the goods is the buyers responsibility unless the goods were damaged on arrival or not as described.

    My second cadac

    This new model is so much better than th previous one that I've had 5 yrs, till it had to be replaced. This new model has not stick cooking plates, and I have discovered that I do not need to use any cooking oil, so healthier food and no messy oil clean up. The non stick plates make cleaning a much quicker and easier job, hardly any cleaning requires , just a quick wipe over. Love the temperature gauge on the lid, helps to control correct temperature for cooking, would recommend to any one. With this model that have got it right at last. I use it almost every day, have purchased the Scottle and not stick mats and love doing various stir fries. 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

    Light and versatile

    We had the old style one, which worked perfectly, but the legs were not very stable. A marked improvement with the new Cadac. Also the cooking area is bigger, the versatility is exceptional and very controllable. cooks brilliantly. comes with a cover which means you are able to leave it outside and not ruin with the rain.
