Received the item with the locomotive broken. Motor was burnt up. Wanted to return it but seller didn’t want it back and only wanted to give me a partial refund even though it says he accepted returns in 14 days. Shipping cost was high too. Almost $50 but I thought I was getting what I wanted. Won’t be using this seller again.

I was happy to accept a full return but asked if you were ok with a refund and keep the item. You were more then welcome to turn down the offer and return the entire package. I asked several times if you were ok with a refund and you stated you were. Had you chosen to return it there was nothing I could do anyway since ebay allows returns for any reason. Shipping is set by ebay and there is nothing sellers can do about that.
