This transaction was the first time I had blundered, and ordered the wrong thing! My fault entirely of course, but I finished up with a huge and heavy gas burner which was way larger than it looked from the photos. Packaging was not very good, so the largest heavy item had broken loose and split the box. One or two small parts had escaped through the hole an were lost. The seller was very helpful - he was not to blame for the packaging. The item was returned for a full refund with no problems.
