The tongue on one sneaker is shorter than the other. When I tie the shoe it barely grabs onto the tongue at the top and the lace slips off the tongue when I move and then the shoestring moves behind the tongue and rest on my ankle. Also the slit in the tongue that you thread the lace through is not right. Pictures tell the story. Seller stated that it could be the shape of my feet, the shoe is defective. Seller not willing to refund me the 150.00. would not recommend this seller.

Customer was being unreasonable. We tried to resolve the issue amicably but customer refused to accept fair settlement. We demonstrated to the customer that this could only happen if the lace is incorrectly routed. It seemed customer was leveraging negative feedback to avoid paying return fees. Lastly giving the customer benefit of doubt and even if the product was defective, the question is why did customer use it for 5 days and then complain about the product > Is it fair for the seller ?
