    I received pants listed as "new with tags" that were faded, spotted, and fabric worn though at the seat - but yes they did have tags on. When I contacted the seller with photos, they accused me of lying and tampering. They were rude, dismissive, and refusing to assist. I am seeking eBay's help for a resolution/refund; if needed, I will contact my credit card provider, for, this item was grossly misrepresented. This seller's behavior is unacceptable, and I urge eBay to take action. Buyer beware.
