It was packed with another birthstone angels. There is absolutely nothing Jemala did wrong. With that being said, the shippers mishandling of the box managed to separate this Angel from her wings. The break was clean. I was able to repair so you cannot even tell.
I reported the problem to Jemala. She promptly offered a total and complete refund. I told her that it was not necessary as I was satisfied with my purchase, self-repair and all.
Experience was excellent! Will buy from this shop again!
