    It fits perfectly

    Worst headache EVER

    I was very pleased with the price of this product. I found it be very reasonable compared to other menopause supplements. However, I noticed there were several reviews that listed "headache" as a side effect. There were many people who had positive results so I thought I'd give it a try. After only a few days, I got a horrendous headache! It lasted all night and not even pain relievers could make it go away. It came back the next night although not as strong. There is something in the product that didn't harmonize with my system. I was disappointed but had to get a refund.

    I can sleep again. Woohoo!

    I tried black cohash for the 24/7 hot/ cold flashes. Nada. Did nothing. After a week or so of this, I noticed 80% difference. After a few weeks 90% difference. I'll take that. I can sleep now. Most days I take 2 in the evenings. Rare occasions I'll need 1 in the morning. What a blessing this blend is.
