This is a beautiful traditional Ukrainian folkloric belt. Gorgeous colours. It really is lovely. I ordered it 21st January and it just arrived in my (Canadian) mailbox today (6 March). I have ordered a few items from Ukraine and it can take a long while for the mail to come through. I don't mind this at all as it is beyond the control of the vendors.
