Good Communication with the seller. Item was listed as having damage to the case however arrived with more damage than was in the listing photo. I don't think the seller was deceptive, I think damage occurred in shipping. The item could have been packaged better, only extra pieces of cardboard in box which did not protect it well. I should have received a partial refund of shipping. And shipping for this item was expensive - over $80 which was much higher than others selling the same item.

A good buying experience, but disappointed in the method of shipping. Item was wrapped in bubble wrap, then wrapped in a brown paper sack. Luckily the item arrived without damage, but not a good way to ship a fragile item. Be careful when buying from this seller.
