The package was returned to the sender after I screwed up by using an old address, He immediately got back to me, and didn't make one snarky comment about how this inconvenience shouldn't be his problem. Instead he kept me informed every step, re-sent it as soon as possible, and he even threw in a bonus comic book gift. Super thoughtful, helpful, and kind.
