There was mistake in description, this item did not include DLC1 with 5 songs and alternate cover which were included with preorder at the time of game release, unfortunately I missed those years ago (though I did not really expect it from this purchase, just wanted limited box version, so no hard feelings).
Otherwise all good, parcel was delivered in about a week, item is brand new, well packaged, game works. Seller was in touch, price was reasonable, no complaints.
