As for these ramp add-ons, they do make it both possible and easy to use on low-to-ground vehicles. In addition, I have always found the problem with standalone ramps is they tend to skid out when you attempt to drive up them. These modestly priced add-ons make things an awful lot easier.

    Great product for the Garage DIY'er.

    I needed to get my Zafira B 1.9CDti on some ramps to do some work. Trouble was the front bumper is low and has a rubber spoiler. Also I have a gravel drive, which made the ramps I already had; slip on the gravel. Solution I bought a set of Sealey Extensions, I put the new Extensions on the second rung of the Ramps. Also I added some scrap wood at the start of the Extensions to give me more grip. The Zaffy Diesel is a heavy beast, but rolled up the ramps with no slipping on the gravel; and I got the Job Done! I would suggest to keep the extensions, as I did; fitted close to the back to get a good grip on your ramps. The Extensions will hold your Ramps in place, with or without a low front end on your car. The Sealey Extensions did not bend and will give good service. Also my supplier did a ...

    Good solid construction. Great price.

    Bought these to enable me to get my lowered Mx5 onto ramps easily and safely. Worked a treat. Also helped with my Golf GT due to limited ground clearance at the front.Good solid construction, simple to fit and easily stored. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.

    I bought this to add to my Halfords ramp...

    I bought this to add to my Halfords ramps as I have a very low front end on the car these did the job although the didn't really hook on properly to the ramps. I used cable ties to keep them aligned which worked well.

    The product appears expensive considering it is simply a length of angle bar, but no doubt that is due to the labour cost in assembly. Anyone with welding skills could no doubt put it together much cheaper. As someone who can t weld, I have to accept the cost. The supplier is simply passing on the cost to the customer.
