    Running

    I'm not sure if I'm expecting too much, but there doesn't seem to be much in the way of "additional cushioning" or anything like that, and the only real impact I can see is that my foot now doesn't fit inside my shoe properly, and feels as though my shoe may fall off while I'm running. Definitely not worth the money.
