This buyer tried feedback blackmail to get a partial refund and when this did not work left this feedback. We do not bow to blackmailers. The sides are elasticated and obviously need to be pulled around the edges of the seat to protect them, the picture that has been uploaded by the buyer clearly shows that the buyer has not pulled the covers around the sides of the seat.
