When this arrived in the UK it was held at customs for a charge by DHL for £67 I contacted the company in mention and they said sorry and paid the customs charges for me to pay DHL on arrival fjl had damaged the air flow it snapped of yet again the company took resp and sent out a new air flow at a cost to them very happy with their service maybe they should consider changing delivery options
