Item arrived in plain plastic bag, no proper packaging. It looked second hand. The doona cover was thin and faded, and the pillow slips were a completely different color. When I asked for a refund the seller kept pretending not to get the photos, and then said he would refund ONLY after I gave him a positive review. It cost me $85 for this garbage, and I don't want anyone else getting ripped off, so I said no and went to ebay for help. I got my refund, thanks ebay.
