Contacted seller same day as it was delivered regarding damage and it wasn't working or serviced as mentioned in description. Had to get sewing machine checked over and serviced by a professional . Seller would not face time me to help with the problems. Item was poorly packed that's why the metal on sewing machine was damaged. Wouldn't by of this seller again

The item was shipped fast and well protected. However, it arrived with a broken piece. I have contacted the seller and send him photos, but he didn't bother to answer to my messages. Very disappointed. Hopefully we'll be able to repair it but for almost £200, I expect a better customer service.
