As for Royal mail; buzzed my flat, let him in, opened my door & asked for parcel to be brought to my door of which postman refused to do, said; I'm leaving it in hallway by main block door, item weight 3kg, I'm in a block of 6 flats all on ground level but had to collect from postman @main door of block, royal mail need to learn customer service skills & how to do there job correctly.

Arrived on time, very well packaged. I had a problem initially with the bag light coming on. Contacted seller, response was very quickly. Problem sorted. Vacuum cleaner could have been cleaner inside the bag and brush compartments but as it was a used item I guess it is to be expected. Overall, very happy.
