Item description didn’t spell out there is a hole right through the item and the outside top image is cleverly taken to disguise this but other than that the item is lovely. The seller dispatched fast but was obstructive in resolving an issue and didn’t even respond to some communication. Overall, happy with the item but I wouldn’t rush to use the seller again.

I have to disagree totally. The delivery was refused which was not my fault. Shipping had to be paid for again so that the item could be resent. This does not constitute being obstructive. The item was exactly as described and did not have a hole in it? Unfortunately you were very difficult to deal with from the start and had a very rude and abrupt attitude. If I was at fault I would apologise and resolve but I was not. I also did not ignore you.
