    Answers Emails Doll was package with care. My mom a nonagenarian (93 yrs old) love it! The description was exact except for the shipping I expected it in 2 days from from the Priority Mail shipping but it took a week sent with USPS Ground Advantage. Seller offered to refund the difference when I wrote to ask about it. My reply was to keep it for your trouble. I believe if your charged for a SVC you should get that SVC. I should not have had to ask for a refund. An apology would have been ok.
