    "Happy pills" for anyone irritated or with nerves on edge

    With my dietary limitations and allergies (no grains or legumes) I need B vitamin supplementation. This is the form my body responds to the best, and the price is great. If you have teens in the home, you need this! We call them "happy pills" and if a sibling is "short" or "acting out", these are passed around to all in the vicinity. Within half an hour, the teen is usually feeling better and everyone is breathing easier. B vitamins are best taken as a complex, so that other B vitamins aren't depleted from the body. These pills are small, and are easily swallowed. This is the best B-Complex ever!
