    Not gigabit, not as pictured, crashes.

    This is not a gigabit switch! Don't be misled! The one I have is the same model number as this, but looks nothing like the photo shown. It's also not terribly reliable, crashes every few months. Buy an HP switch, they're the best value for money and reliability I know of.
