Buyers beware. I ordered some photo editing software which was described as a 2 disc set, however, I only received 1 disc, I contacted the seller regarding this matter and was told that the item for sale was for 1 disc only as shown in the picture and that the description of 2 disc set was was wrongly displayed and blamed Ebay for the error. I was refused a refund and the seller advised me to take my case up with Ebay which I did. Eventually, I returned the item and received a full refund.

This person got a refund almost immediately once she sent it back, which, when I received it two days later, she got a full refund. I only advertise one desk, that’s all I had. I don’t know I think people are going round the twist

Not overly impressed doll was packaged with loads of shredded carboard trash that was stuck to clothes, tangled in hair and the doll had a smell, after undressing the doll found the chest to be torn and in need of repair, nothing about this in seller description, over all not gonna buy from this seller again and deeply disappointed in shocking state doll arrived in.

I offered this buyer a full refund. If she sent it all back, she refused and said she could repair it herself. I then give her £10 as a goodwill gesture and she said she will not take the bad feedback away. Well at least I tried
