    I had an unpleasant case with this seller. I ordered a shampoo and when I received the product, it was almost 100g less in the bottle that it should be. Of course, I left a message in a normal conversational style for her and asked for a refund because I felt disappointed. I offered her to send back the product. Next day, I got a rude message with her opinion. To be sure, I compared her product with a store bought one, which was 250ml as it should be. It's not about the $25 and I don't need it.

    Unfortunately Item arrived opened and had leaked. A simple piece of tape or plastic bag around a liquid product would have helped prevent this. Contacted seller to express I was unhappy it wasn’t sealed.Response from seller was very accusatory and stated for me to ship item back at my expense, and that none of his merchandise was sealed but it’s all new etc.. They Should have been concerned about my satisfaction and happiness about my purchase but very far from it. Just extremely defensive.
