I would have left a neutral feedback if it not for it being a charity.
I have bought several items from this charity and each team the item has arrived in much worse condition then listed.
Things listed as Very Good or Like New arrive with damaged artworks, scratched up cartridges and then when contacting them, not even an apology! Would think helping those in need, would have more professional customer service and items listed correctly. I truly hope this is a genuine charity!
