Worst lot ive ever purchased on ebay. 95% broken and stunk of mould/damp. Seller takes an age to respond. This wasn't the case before money paid. Seller eventually came up with a response that suited them with no interest in customer satisfaction. Packaging good so items must of been broken when packed. Pics not reflective of what received. Written description not adequate. If it can't be seen then it should be described. Lots of excuses no solution. Never again.

Worst buyer I have ever dealt with in 24 years of selling on Ebay. Full refund offered immediately but surprise surprise didn't want a refund - wanted compensation and keep the goods! Why would you want to keep the items that were allegedly so bad? One of those buyers who complains constantly in the hope they get the goods for free.

I ordered an Airfix set from this seller containing three planes. When it showed up I opened the box to start building my kits, too my dismay there was only one spitfire and it was missing the other two. HOWEVER, I contacted the seller and told them about the situation, they responded promptly and were happy to give me a full refund. This seller handled the problem very well and therefore I cannot fault them for it. Very good and reliable seller, I would fully recommend.
